Best pokemon counters for Zeraora are: Blastoise, Snorlax, Slowbro, Crustle, Machamp.
Blastoise: Even with all the offense Zeraora can provide, it’s just not enough to take down Blastoise. Further, it can be bullied away from fights via Hydro Pump. Zeraora will have a very difficult time battling against Blastoise so stay away as much as necessary.
